Project terms & support
Scope
The outcome and engagement model are agreed after discovery and budget alignment. Material changes are estimated separately and never billed without approval.
Fixed-price payment
A common schedule is 50% to begin, 25% after final review and before production launch, and 25% after final delivery. Milestones are confirmed in the proposal.
Feedback
Reasonable revisions are included while the work remains within the approved scope.
Support
Commerce launches include two weeks of support for in-scope bugs and adjustments. Other support is agreed per project.
